Cancellation Policy for Savannah Way Motel
At Savannah Way Motel, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, we kindly
request that you give us adequate notice if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. Our
cancellation policy is as follows:

– If you cancel your reservation at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival, no cancellation
fee will be charged.
– If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days but more than 2 days prior to your scheduled
arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
– If you cancel your reservation less than 2 days prior to your scheduled arrival, or if you do not
show up, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.

*Please note that the cancellation policy also applies to modifications that result in a reduction
of the total reservation cost.

For group bookings of 3 or more rooms, a different cancellation policy applies.

– We require a minimum of 14 days’ notice for cancellations or modifications to group bookings. If
you cancel your group booking with less than 14 days’ but more than 7 days’ notice, a cancellation
fee of 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged. If you cancel your group booking less
than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival, or if you do not show up, a cancellation fee of 100%
of the total reservation cost will be charged.

We understand that group bookings require careful planning, and we will work with you to
accommodate any changes or modifications as much as possible.
We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your
reservation, so that we can try to accommodate your needs and minimize any cancellation fees.
